These are generally simple, easy routine changes which are easy to implement and which can have a profound impact on your life. Some of the best things to do in the morning include: 1. Take time out to exercise: Exercise is a simple and easy way to quick start your day in just a few minutes. Take time out when you get up to do a few minutes exercise and get your blood running. The easiest and most common way to do this is probably just to go for a walk around the block or around your local park. Alternatively, things push-ups and sit-ups can be completed in just a few minutes and will help you maintain your physical health. 2. Relax and meditate for a few minutes:   Simple relaxation and meditation can help you get your mind in order in the morning, allowing you to start your day off fresh and without stress.
